Reaching 3000

We began the Pixel website on the 1st December 2012 as a way of supplementing and promoting the digital magazine. We didn’t believe that it would be so popular.

As of last week we hit the 3000 views mark which is way more than we expected. This is fantastic and shows just what a vibrant photographic community we have in the Pennine Lancashire area. So we would like to say thank you to all our readers and contributors.

In other Pixel news, we are currently looking at building on our strengths and creating new opportunities to get involved with the magazine. Details of these will be coming in the very near future.

Don’t forget we do have a flickr group which you are free to join, post images and start discussions. The Pixel staff are very much involved with the group and are on the look out for photographers to be included in our ‘In-Profile’ pages. Post stuff to our group and you are likely to be scouted!

Got something interesting that you want to share? Then why not drop us an email with a proposal for a story. It can be about absolutely anything you like!

It good to take photographs but its better to share them!

Playing with film

Pixel staff should never be let loose with a camera and expired film!

Full story will be included in the next issue of Pixel.
